Location: Aramo, Tuscany, 7 km to Pescia.
Car rental recommended.

This “cosy studio”, 20 m2, is located at the ground floor of a 3 floors house, but it has directly and private acces.
The studio is comfortable and ideal to start nice trips to the surrounding. It has a nice view of the valley, a terrace in front (it’s a public area) and another one (private) at only 50 meters.

The studio is equipped with TV digital, nice kitchen corner and also micro wave.
The washing machine is at only 50 meters from the entrance of the studio.
The studio has one kingsize bed plus a single sofa bed, bed and bath linen provided.
Shower/bidet/WC. The heating for the winter period is centralized.

It’s possible to purchase the oil produced by the family owner of the house.
Please note: only 1 small size dog accepted.

The village of Aramo is an historical medieval castle, located in a quiet, sunny position at only 3 km from the centre of San Quirico and 7 km from the centre of Pescia.
Public parking at only 50 from the entrance of the village. Grocers 5 km, restaurants/trattorias 5 km, supermarkets, hospital, veterinary clinic, pharmacies, petrol stations in Pescia
The house is situated just outside the medieval characteristic village, with a beautiful view of the mountains and the valley.
The nearest interesting towns: Florence 60 km, Lucca 25 km, Pisa 55 km, Pistoia 28 km, Siena 110 km, Viareggio 45 km, Montecatini Terme 16 km.
